Quotations and bookings

Quotations are based on the information supplied and may be revised if the property or scope differs materially. A booking is confirmed only when EPC Direct confirms the appointment.

Property access

The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and relevant areas or equipment at the agreed time.

Changes and cancellations

Any cancellation or rescheduling terms should be communicated at the time of booking. Late changes may be subject to a fee where an assessor has already committed time or travel.

Assessment and certificate

The assessment is visual and non-invasive. The energy rating is produced using the approved methodology and the information reasonably available to the assessor.
